EXERCISE 3 . JUMPING SQUAT 30 REP/ 3SET
EXERCISE 4 . SIDE LUNGES 30 REP/ 3 SET
REST TIMING 10 SEC UNDER EACH SET AND 1 MIN UNDER EACH EXERCISE..
FOR INTERMEDIATE PEOPLE INCREASE REPS BY 30 TO 50 OR SETS FROM 3 TO 5
