Wake up time – Take 1 glass hot water and then green tea or black coffee..
  • BREAKFAST

  • LUNCH
(A) Half quantity of your rice meal, (B) Salad, (C) Green vegetables undefined
(D) Take a glass of lemon water, one hour after having your lunch undefined

Doing exercises is useful for people fitness. Exercises makes people energetic, so that they can do their physical work easily.Now here we gives you some exercises which help you to reduce your fat.

  • Plank (hold 30/s)(3 sets) undefined
  • Jumping jack undefined
NOW HOW WILL YOU PERFORM THESE EXERCISES...
5 MIN high intensity running or cycling, 3 set of jumping jack with 30 reps, 3 set of skipping with 30 reps, 2 set of plank with 30 to 50 sec hold, man can add 3 set of push ups with 20 to 25 reps... 1 min rest after each set.....
Repeat these set of exercise 2 OR 3 times...
